The WORCADIA App is a remote work space that provides an environment to work at the Walkerhill Hotel.The WORCADIA App provides seat & meeting room reservations for Walkerhill Hotels.● Member registration: Seat and meeting room reservations can be used after membership registration.● Seat reservation: You can reserve and cancel a seat.● Meeting room reservation: You can reserve and cancel a meeting room.● Seat reservation status: You can check the seat reservation status and location.● Mobile employee ID: You can use your smartphones NFC and Bluetooth to communicate with the door authenticator to automatically open the door in the same way as card access.Use the WORCADIA App after making a reservation for a smart office.※ Information on access rights used in the app- Storage space, camera and photo album access (optional): Used to register a profile picture.- Bluetooth (optional): Bluetooth is used for mobile employee ID authentication.-Location (optional): It is used for mobile employee ID authentication at the doorway authenticator installed in the building based on the current location.
When “Allow only while using the app” is selected, the app recognizes the mobile employee ID only in the foreground state, and when “Always allow” is selected, the mobile ID is recognized even when the app is closed or in the background.
